My sister introduced me to Dr Hister after attending one of his presentations in Vancouver. She seemed to be very impressed with the man, his message and his style of delivery.
My sister is healthy for her age but has had to deal with personal health issues as well as provide care giving for her husband who suffered from progressive MS until his death in 2006. (stress can become a daily companion for caregivers)
